Brad is the Construction Management Program Director for Western Carolina University's Department of Engineering Technology. He holds a BS and MS in construction management and a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from Purdue University. Previous to his appointment as the CM director for WCU he was the Assistant Secretary General of CRIBC in The Netherlands. Brad also taught at the University of Florida. Construction companies for which he has worked include the Cherne Contracting Corporation as a Project Controls Supervisor, Badger Engineers, Inc. as a Cost Engineer, and Westinghouse Savannah River Company as a Project Control Engineer.

Among his interest and expertise are: construction estimating, construction management, construction computer applications, workman's compensation fraud, continuing education instruction and certifications in the construction industry.
