Jeff is President and co-founder of PAS, Inc. He has come to be known in the construction world as something of a compensation guru. He absolutely loves the stuff and he's good at it. Jeff works with industry leaders, owners, compensation people and various societies and associations, giving of his time and expertise almost tirelessly. Starting in construction as a payroll clerk, he soon graduated to project accounting and finally was made the compensation manager for Townsend and Bottum Corporation. Jeff oversees the development and administration of all the public and private surveys PAS conducts for the construction and design industry.

Among Jeff's interests and expertise are: the development and administration of wage surveys, construction compensation, bonus and incentive programs, performance appraisals, employee policies and personnel procedures. He is also an amateur paleontologist.
